1. Who we are

rootviet is a brand of VN Đông Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), tax code 4202048428, Lot 34, Street B1, VCN Phước Hải, Nam Nha Trang ward, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam. Every contract is concluded with the Company.

2. What we provide

Advisory and administrative support for foreign nationals who wish to live and work in Vietnam: eligibility assessment, preparation and filing of work-permit and temporary-residence-card applications, settle-in services, and the opportunity to participate in the Company's business activities as a capital contributor under a capital contribution contract.

3. What we do not promise

Work permits and residence cards are issued by Vietnamese authorities at their discretion. We do not guarantee approval. The Company publishes no returns, yields or projections on this site and makes no promise of profit; results of any business activity depend on actual operations and are reported under your contract. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities or a bank deposit.

4. Consultation fee

Booking a consultation requires a fee (13,000,000 VND; 26,000,000 VND for Invest), charged in Vietnamese dong through 9Pay and governed by the Fees & Refund Policy. The fee is credited in full against your paperwork fee when you sign a contract with the Company.

5. Your obligations

You confirm that the documents and information you provide are true and complete, that you hold the qualifications declared, and that you will perform the job under the labour contract you sign. Misrepresentation ends the engagement and forfeits fees already incurred.

6. Fees

Paperwork fees, settle-in service prices and the minimum capital contribution are shown on this site; your actual contribution and its terms are set in your contract. Fees for services already performed are not refundable.

7. Transfer

A capital contribution may be transferred to a buyer approved by the Company, or settled, under the terms of your capital contribution contract. Residence status is personal and does not transfer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the Company's liability is limited to the fees you have paid to it for the service concerned.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first negotiated in good faith; failing that, they are brought before the competent court in Khánh Hòa province.
