What your stake goes into

Every project is tied to a physical asset with a resale market. If a project has to close, the asset is sold and the stake returned. Round 1 is transport; the other two open as we grow.

Residence card

2-year temporary residence card issued by immigration.

Questions people ask first

Is the 12% guaranteed?

No. It is a target based on how the current projects have performed. Distributions come from real quarterly results and can be lower, or zero, in a weak quarter. Your stake is returned at the end of the term according to the project's remaining value.

Is the job real, or just for the permit?

Real. You sign a Vietnamese labour contract, are paid a salary by your employer, pay social insurance and income tax, and have duties. Vietnamese authorities check this when renewing permits, so we only match you to positions you can actually do.

Do I need a degree?

For a work permit, yes: a bachelor's degree or higher plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a qualifying technical certificate plus 5 years. We check this in step 2 before you pay anything beyond the deposit.

What if I want to leave early?

You can sell your seat to a buyer we approve. The price follows the project's remaining value and we charge a transfer fee. Your residence card is tied to your job, so leaving the job means leaving the card as well.

What does "school support" actually cover?

We shortlist international and bilingual schools in Nha Trang, go to visits with you, translate documents and handle the enrolment paperwork. Tuition, transport and day-to-day care stay with your family.
