Fees & refund policy

1. Consultation fee

13,000,000 VND for Work and Family, 26,000,000 VND for Invest, charged in Vietnamese dong through 9Pay when you book. It pays for the eligibility check and your consultation. It is not a deposit and does not reserve anything.

2. Credited back in full

When you sign a capital contribution contract with the Company, the whole consultation fee is credited against your paperwork fee.

3. Refunded

• We fail to contact you within 5 working days of payment.
• Your payment was charged twice or in error.

Refunds go back to the original card within 10 working days, less any bank or gateway fees we cannot recover.

4. Not refunded

• You decide not to proceed after the eligibility check or the consultation.
• The eligibility check finds you do not meet work-permit requirements.
• You provide false documents.

5. Paperwork fee

Charged in stages as work is performed, as set out in your contract. Fees for stages already completed are not refundable; fees for stages not started are refunded.

6. Capital contribution

Governed by your capital contribution contract, not by this policy. Exit is by transfer or settlement under that contract's terms, not by refund.

7. Settle-in services

Refundable until the service is booked with a third party; after that, the third party's terms apply.
